My Opinion About MikeyAndMandy:
MikeyAndMandy.Com is not a typical porn site, actually I am not sure what it is in the first place :-) The tour suggests that we are about to enter "The first porn magazine for the 21st century Men and Women" packed with high quality porn material covering a wide area of various genres. So let me login, and tell you exactly what is this site about.

First thing that you are about to notice, is the simple design, it's pretty obvious that this is a site run by "amateur" webmasters, and not some high budget webmaster team. I don't mind for a site to have simple design, but using a single picture as a site design, doesn't sound like the best idea and it takes quite a long time to load. Well, site design doesn't mean that much, given there is enough content in the members area, right? So let's take a look at the inside.

Like the tour suggested, there are quite a few categories you can choose from, especially fetish related. Each of the categories contains easy to navigate separate "galleries" showcasing the content that is on offer. A lot of emphasis is put on various fetishes, including some bizarre insertions, shemales, sex toys, vintage, anime ... like presented on the tour.

Each gallery comes with a bit of info, short article and info on the site the pics come from. And here comes the answer for the actual purpose of this whole site. MikeyAndMandy is simply a personal guide to online porn and related topics, run by two webmasters Mikey and Mandy. All content on this site is simply taken from various paysites, that they also write short reviews for. The idea is good, the content here is in quite good quality, but I somehow miss the point why anyone should decide to pay for something like that. Yes, there is also some content that Mikey shoots on his own, for example a few shemale galleries, and also some stories seem to be written exclusively for this site, plus Mikey publishes his own articles (he's an experienced writer) but it still doesn't make up for the monthly price.

I mean, you can download all there is in a few hours, the reading (very interresting articles and stories) will take you some more hours, or maybe even days, but there are a lot of free sites that offer the same, covering their expenses with advertising. So Mikey and Mandy, convert this into a free site and I am sure you will do much better. The idea of having your own internet porn magazine is an excellent one, and I like what you do here, but I am sorry, your site simply isn't worth 20 bucks per month. Charging for a site that is actually just a preview for various pay sites (in the biggest part) is not reasonable in my opinion.

Final Verdict:
MikeyAndMandy.Com is actually not a paysite at all, well it is paid, but it has nothing to do with the standard scheme. What you get here is short reviews and picture previews for quite a big number of paid and personal sites, along with some exclusive content shot by Mikey. In other words, the site is mapping the adult scene, giving you interesting info on various subjects, but it simply doesn't offer enough value to justify the $20 monthly membership. On the other hand, visiting this site was kinda refreshing, because it is totally different from the rest, so if you are a rich bastard who can spare 20 bucks, you might want to take a look :-)

Yes we have stuff from all over the web...but keep in mind that I was a magazine art director (National Lampoon, Esquire) and for every 50 photos I put up, I edited them from over a THOUSAND images contributed from the sites. If you are tired of getting lost in the porn cartel mess, I show you the things worth looking at and because I focus on the UNUSUAL, it's not likely the average (and in particular, the discriminating) surfer would even FIND what I have ferreted out. In addition to that much of the material is exclusive to us (but I don't mention that on the site) I don't think the member, having a good time CARES. Only hardened porn reviewers care. As for the design...I have over 150 design awards from around the world, curate at an art museum, have posters in the NY Museum of Modern Art, and have art directed two feature films (Heavy Metal among them). Sorry we got "poor" as a rating....doesnt 60 out of 100 at least warrrent a "fair"...and oh, you neglected to mention we are FUN! Don't you guys remember fun?...lighten up.
